Description of Issue/Question

It appears doc str for functions vary
e.g
:param str cmd: The command to run
vs
:param cmd: The command to run

The following is another example

   :param etype: exception type
   :param value: exception value
   :param tb: traceback object
   :param limit: maximum number of stack frames to show
   :type limit: integer or None
   :rtype: list of strings

Please add to the style guide a large example of Salt Stack Standard
