I just came across
_DEFAULT_PASSWORDS_ENCRYPTION = "md5"in `modules/postgres.py and as 10.0, the first version of Postgres supporting SCRAM-SHA-256, is out of support now the default should probably be changed.Unless one wants to wait until CentOS 7's EoL in 2024 ; )
