Add sysuser and sysgroup grains to MacOS

Description of Issue

When handling software on Darwin it is worth noting there is no root group. The existing username grain resolves to root on MacOS.

The only accurate way to determine group (and user) is via cmd.run which is not ideal.

  sysuser: {{ salt['cmd.run']("stat -f '%Su' /dev/console") }}
  sysgroup: {{ salt['cmd.run']("stat -f '%Sg' /dev/console") }}

We should add sysgroup and maybe sysuser grains to salt on MacOS.

Will require further study as to appropriateness of adding these additional grains for MacOS, for example:
