UI: Implement UX/UI review changes

- Add Rancher theme, so the default theme can keep the clean look
- Change global border radius to 4px
- Change default font size to 14px
- Adapt heading settings
- Adapt table column sort icon
- Adapt default input style (remove focus box shadow, set focus border color)
- Shrink nav item icons
- Remove the icons in the page action buttons
- Disable to 'Copy to clipboard' button in the object explorer if path is empty
- Open 'Add tag' dialog when clicking the tag input control
