Setting decorations to none on Windows doesn't spread out the contnt to titlebar area

Setting decorations to none is cool, but I found the content doesn't spread out to the titlebar area. As shown int the screenshot below, the titlebar area shows the titlebar of the window underneath but cannot be clicked:

It seemd that the titlebar area of Alacritty is still exixted but just shown in transparent background.

Also the content area seems to be shift down the distance of titlebar as shown below

You can see the last prompt of the shell is now complete seem.
