The version of the syntax file in Vim is outdated

The syntax file in this repository says Last Change: Feb 24, 2016 even though the last commit was 2020.

The version of the syntax file in the Vim runtime doesn't support more recent additions to the file like the dyn keyword.

Because the Vim runtime file says "For bugs, patches and license go to https://github.com/rust-lang/rust.vim", I thought I should ask here if it can be updated in Vim itself.
