how do I stop rust enhanced formatting code? #538

I uninstall rust enhanced, edit a file, save it, the file is formatted (I get a "reloading" command in the console).

if I uninstall rust enahcned, no formatting happens when the file is reloaded.

The docs suggest this should not be happening.
