Summary

We should discuss the work that @oli-obk did to prepare a const evaluation roadmap. I'd also like to talk about the definition of unsafe in const functions. Do they both fit in one meeting? We could narrow the topic down.

That's a good question. I wanted to ask whether you or @oli-obk would be able to attend in our "normal slot", which is Wednesday at 13:00 UTC-04:00 (19:00 in Germany, afaik).
