How i can download and load this module to esp32-c3?

Whe i write python -m esptool --port COM4 write_flash 0x001a0000 firmware.bin module has been load to esp32, but if i try import st7789, i got error "No module st7789". Help please

I think you are flashing to the wrong address:

Erase the flash:
