Having the same issue with Inno type installer, happens after installer is downloaded.

@Exorcism0666 #1070 was for Inno installers. Your original issue for an MSI installer would still be relevant and waiting on mdsteele/rust-msi#19 which hopefully would then be fixed by mdsteele/rust-msi#18.
