[Bug]: NLSQLTableQueryEngine is not working with MS SQL table where there is hyphen in table name

Bug Description

My table name is [Dashboard-data] in MS SQL. When I use [] or "" in tables parameter it throws error that table not found and when I just use Dashboard-data then it throws error that sql query has some issues.

Steps to Reproduce

Just use any table name with hyphen in it in SQL server or Azure SQL
