Error in RShiny Plotly Legends which were normal in its original RMarkdown

Whenever I try to render my RMardown.html as a page of my Shiny Dashboard it modifies the legend and it makes it overlap itself as the following:

Sorry @RachGranville, by "small but complete example" I mean can you show the source code for a small example that reproduces your problem? In this case, that would mean the source .Rmd files. If you have a lot of code related to working with the data, then you might need to take a subset of the data and store it directly in a data.frame in your source code to showcase the problem.

The screenshots are great in that I can see the problem, but without the code I don't have anything to run on my side to be able to give you advice.
