Currently grand_summary_rows only can create a grand summary row at the bottom (I think). It would be great if grand_summary_rows can have the option to let us decide the location of the grand summary row.

This is a great feature request, and I totally agree! Same goes for the summary rows for groups (could be placed at the top of the group).
