Uses the stdin/stdout model, but prints some kind of identifier before their message (maybe their IP address? or a hash of IP address+port?)
e.g.:

10.0.0.1> hey did you see the news today?
192.168.1.2> about the cat elected to mayor?
me> a cat was elected mayor? where?
