Due to some issues the package taxa is scheduled for archival on 2022-03-24.

The issue is generated by following warning and note:

  • checking dependencies in R code ... NOTE
    Namespaces in Imports field not imported from:
    ‘R6’ ‘jsonlite’ ‘knitr’ ‘lazyeval’ ‘tidyr’
    All declared Imports should be used.
  • checking examples ... WARNING
    Found the following significant warnings:
