Description

Based on the current characterisation code, set up appropriate configuration/wrapper scripts to scan all of the c3s-cordex holdings.

As part of the post-scan procedure, identify:

how many datasets were attempted
how many failures, and what types of failure
how many succeeded
total volume of JSON files
average volume of a JSON file for this project
