I'm still a bit uncomfortable about a 1.0 release due to #121 (medium severity), #213 (high) and #215 (high). I'd expect a 1.0 release to be production ready and I don't want to signal that as long as there are outstanding high-severity bugs. If you're interested in helping out I guess those bugs are where you should start, unfortunately I expect those bugs to be harder to understand :/

Edit: basically anything labeled as bug is concerning but some of them are very-low occurence, work-aroundable, or use APIs that can be forbidden for technical reasons. As a side-note, according to GIR devs themselves, not everything that is GIR exposed is done the right way so things can be ignored.
