This seems to be caused by gem delayed_job-1.4.1.

The error is:

/home/travis/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.8.7-p371/gems/delayed_job-4.1.4/lib/delayed/syck_ext.rb:2: undefined method `yaml_tag' for Module:Class (NoMethodError)
