Simply download the zip file below for the most recent release.
Move the folder that was a zip from your downloads to your Desktop.
Decompress zip file and open application named
If your computer says this is not a verified project, go down below to the troubleshooting section

Troubleshooting

Cannot open application from unidentified developer

Open Finder > Applications > XcodeRPC
Right click and click "Open"
