not receiving new mails after initial start (4.0-6)

I only receive mails on the first start when the data-directory is empty. After that no new mails are received and forwarded anymore.

I have to profiles configured (Test-Mails and Exceptions). I sent a message to both mails, here is the log

There is a change in Exceptions from 67165 EXISTS to 67166, but no recent ones. Then i sent another mail, this time no recognition for both mailboxes.
