BiLO Atlas

Code for the Bildungsatlas Oberfranken of the BiLO project.

Getting started

The Atlas is a HTML 5 Application that uses a combination of AngularJS 1.5 and D3. The Testversion can be seen on //http://web-dev.neps-data.de/biloatlas.
