These scripts are 'R' versions of the Python scripts developed by Callum Rollo available at https://github.com/voto-ocean-knowledge/goos-erddap-demo.
The .Rmd files are the R markdown files
The .md files have been rendered to github documents and will display rendered docs
The .qmd files are initial attempts to use Quarto and shuold be ignored.
