Known issues & workarounds

Windows 7-10:

There is a known issue with "odd" mouse behaviour (mouse cursor is jumping over the Windows desktop) when the PM device is being connected via FT232 adapter under Windows operating system. "Microsoft Serial Ballpoint" device driver is being automatically installed and visible under "Mice and other pointing devices" in the Device Manager. You can prevent enabling "Ballpoint" device using the link below or directly disable it in the Device Manager.
