以下の残タスクに対応

テスト失敗時にDBが残ってしまうので修正したい
稀にテストコードが失敗するので、今度発生したら応急処置
「アクセストークンの取得に失敗しました」
CI/CDにテストジョブ追加
MinIOの構築でコケるので注意
