コンパイルの長さが気になってきた！

テスト

nextest導入により、テストケースを並列実行可！

コンパイル全般

sccache導入により、コンパイルのキャッシュを効率化
→テスト実行時にクレートのコンパイルされるが、アレもキャッシュが効くのか？要調査
"インクリメンタルコンパイル"なるものがあり、それを最適化しても改善される？？
