Entrada no estoque sem o valor quantidade, aparece a msg de erro do form (campo obrigatório), até aí tudo ok o detalhe é que quando você adiciona então o valor no campo (já que ele é obrigatório) o valor do saldo passa a receber aquele valor da quantidade atual.
