Eloquent\Model: sort @property on quick-fix

On apply the "declare @Property" quick-fix, create properties on a common order.

Attention: it should not reorder existent properties.

• Property $id on most top;
  • Properties suffixed _id after $id on top;
• Property $created_at, $updated_at and $deleted_at on most bottom;
• Other properties consider natural sort;
• Make sure that existent properties are not sorted;
