Cannot write to RL78 G23 64p Fast Prototyping Board correctly

• It may not be connected correctly when writing to the microcomputer board.
• In such cases, deselect the [Serial Enumerator] checkbox in the [Advanced Settings] dialog box for the target COM port in the Windows device manager.
