Changelog URL points to the wrong Jenkins, includes view name

Yesterday I set up the new Jenkins (http://gorgon.narc.ro:8080/) to replace the old one; I'm keeping the old around for a bit, but it's disabled. Part of the update was removing the view "Cataclysm-DDA", as I had thought it was unused.

So, in ui.py:100-101, you have this reference to the old Jenkins at http://ci.narc.ro/view/Cataclysm-DDA/job/Cataclysm-Matrix/changes. The correct URL is now http://gorgon.narc.ro:8080/job/Cataclysm-Matrix/changes.

I'll file a PR to update it later, but I'm in the middle of something right now.

(also, for future reference, the ci.narc.ro site will likely get pointed to the new Jenkins when I've determined rolling back is unlikely)
