Create branch for upgrading update-notifier to version 2.2.0

Hi, issue #709 is not fixed, despite it's status. I created pull request with fix, but build errored due to required old node version. I don't have permissions to create new branch from latest release, so can you add these permissions to me, or can you create that branch with updated package update-notifier to version 2.2.0? It's the only version that fixes #709
