Home Assistant auto discovery not using the correct topic prefix

When using a different MQTT topic prefix, it is not used by auto discovery topics, so the config topic ends up in a place where HA is not looking.
The data comes to the right place, but not the config topic, so auto discovery is broken if a different prefix is used compared to the default.
