First-class support for Koa

Any chance you can provide a supported koa integration?
I know there is a 3rd party effort for remix, but it is always going to lag behind.

The team has mentioned in the past for Remix, and I imagine is the same for RR, that they don't want to maintain adapters every possible HTTP server, so the community, or even better the Koa maintainers, could support the adapter for RR.

Right now this happens with Vercel and Netlify for example, they took ownership of the Remix adapter, and I imagine they will eventually maintain a RR adapter too, so something like that should happen with Koa.

Fair enough perspective.
That said, they have the mirror image problem - they (quite understandably) don't want to be in the business of supporting the eye-watering array of different web frameworks.
I had hoped, that given how koa is such a close-cousin of express, and that express is supported, that koa would be supported too.
