My changelogs usually have an initial # Changelog title. This is fine when copying lerna-changelog content manually, but when automatically prepending via release-it-lerna-changelog it adds the new section above the h1 element. It would be nice if the prepend code was at little more clever and put the new section below the first level heading :)
