For instance here https://www.lafabriquedelaloi.fr/articles.html?loi=pjl18-121 in the first step we're missing the first Titre of Partie 1 with articles 1 and 2

I added an extra check we can do in #102, the initial text should have all the consecutives articles and it should be easy to verify it (1,2,3,4,..)

EDIT: good find BTW

EDIT 2: It's because the articles titles have text inside parenthesis (ex: "... (CAS)...")
