The piece of code at https://github.com/regardscitoyens/anpy/blob/master/anpy/dossier_from_opendata.py#L26-L47 is speicfic to the 15yth legislature, it would be best to make it generic for the latest legislature, for instance by finding the url of the zip in http://data.assemblee-nationale.fr/reunions/reunions
