Two different issues

I tried to report an error through

and I received an error when I pressed Send :-)

I'm using Ublock Origin, Tamper Monkey on Chrome.
Perhaps the error is disabling the whole file because in the Filters List page of Ublock Origin it shows:
AakList (Anti-Adblock Killer) 0 used out of 0
