Redmineのデフォルトの設定を改善したいという話。
settings.ymlのデフォルト値や、rake redmine:load_default_data の設定をもっとよくする

例:

認証が必要の設定をデフォルトオンにする

#30 「デフォルトで新しいプロジェクトは公開にするをデフォルトオフにする」は取り組まれている
