DC/DC project

This project is intended to implement some simple multipurpose DC/DC buck and buck-boost converters from easy available components. This project also features Excel based component values calculator.

I've stared this project to create stable and high quality DC/DC module for my private projects, covering most common usecases:

  • Step-down to most common fixed voltages 3.3V, 5V and 12V up to 5A
  • Step-up/down from 1.8V-5.5V to 3.3V and 5V up to 3A
  • Step-up/down from 2.5V-12V to 3.3V and 5V up to 1A

DCDC-12V5V5A

DCDC-12V5V5A is simple DC/DC step-down converter with fixed output 5V. When used for more than 1A current it's recommended to glue a heat sink about 20x20mm in a middle of the bottom side of the board.
