Noticing a few errors in the output of the dry-run. If I have a chance to dive into the codebase I'll potentially offer a solution but posting this here for the time being...

I have the same issue with release 2.11.0

AFAIK the Machine Learning API is disabled for new accounts. At best we can make the error message prettier.

Thanks for the update. Agree its not a blocker, just an annoyance. If its possible to update that msg to clearly indicate the API needs to be enabled then I think it will help others. Otherwise feel free to close if this is an expected outcome. Thanks!
