RRAT observations of 2012 giving error on using onlineflags #34

As can be seen in the attached screenshot, when running rfpipe pipeline_scan on the RRAT observations taken in 2012, rfpipe throws an errors which indicate that online flags may not be present for these observations. The issue is resolved when the 'applyonlineflags' is set to False.
