It might be useful to add a warning about low storage on the provisioner device when using the monitor.

If you have low storage I believe this causes an issue creating the wkdir (if set). Watching the monitor there is no error shown and the device which is being provisioned disappears and is not added to the failed category.

I had a lot of large files saved under /srv which were filling up my storage
/srv/pi-sb-provisioner.pTO/rootfs-temporary.simg /srv/pi-sb-provisioner.pTO/bootfs-temporary.img
