IDs in Intersection Result does not Keep track of all Source Geometries #860

Merging segments in intersection result may cause the merged result to lose some tracking info relating to its source geometry.

However, looking at #859, it's likely that we will remove merge segments in the future, so this issue may be a no-fix.
