The death of discord.py

On 28 Aug 2021, Rapptz decided to stop maintaining discord.py.
You can find Rapptz's announcements here ("The Future of discord.py") and here.

I'm very sad to announce this, but since this project depends on discord.py, I will no longer be maintaining my Discord bot if the situation doesn't change.

I don't like to say that, but I hate Discord for that. R.I.P. ☠️
