Recently there were a problem with the Utah server
and it seems not everything works yet.

In the mean time, for anyone that wants to try Rhombus,
pick a snapshot for Racket instead:

https://plt.cs.northwestern.edu/snapshots/

Then use the package manager in DrRacket to download the rhombus package.
