Add analog switches ICs library

There exists analog switches LTSpice library: https://ltwiki.org/files/LTspiceIV/lib/sub/SwitchAna.Lib It contains models for ICs like CD4053 which are frequently used in analog design. Every ICs contains transistor model for switch and block model for logic. The library mentioned above uses the LTspice syntax for logic blocks. This will not work even with Ngspice using the LTspice compatibility mode. It's need to manually rewrite the syntax for every block to XSPICE notation and port this library to Qucs-S+Ngspice
