This issue is a catch-all for:

• Lock Files #182: lock files
• box_add_description() should be box_file_update() #169: supersede description
• Feature request: Add boxr::box_copy() to the list of existing boxr functions #167: copy files

I think there's some lower-level infrastructure we'd want to build first.
