AsyncAppenderBase$Worker Stay in waiting state even if ArrayBlockingQueue is full

Hello Team：
I am using logback 1.2.3 AsyncAppender as Logging，Occasionally，I found that the asynchronous thread of AsyncAppender always stays in the waiting state, even if the asynchronous queue ArrayBlockingQueue is full.As a result, the newly generated log events cannot be offer into the queue and are discarded.
