Describe the issue

All video downloads are very slow (KB/s). Previous version (3.0.3-19.8.2) downloaded in the MB/s but did not complete downloads. Using YouTube 19.21.3 with 3.0.4 due to this issue
Starting multiple downloads simultaneously will not affect each individual speed.
Tried all download qualities. Video playback is unaffected.
Also tried both wifi and cellular.
