Describe the issue

The share button doesn't do anything when I want to share a video with someone. This applies to both regular videos and shorts.

With regular videos, the little animation where the button shrinks plays when 'Share' is pressed.

With shorts, the white expanding bubble animation plays when 'Share' is pressed.

In both cases, no pop-up is shown to actually share the content.

Steps to reproduce

1. Simply click on the share button on either regular videos or shorts
