Web related issue, so qiskit and python versions or operating system don't give more info

What is the current behavior?

Although "Table of Contents" appears on the right sidebar, it doesn't appear after "About Qiskit Experiments" section

Steps to reproduce the problem

Go to: https://qiskit.org/documentation/experiments/index.html and compare the right sidebar panel sections with the sections on the page

What is the expected behavior?

Both sections should appear, not only the first one
